Developers are now eligible for interest compensation
Developers who have attracted financing through Röntgen can take advantage of the opportunity to be compensated for up to 95% of the interest paid to investors.
According to the co-operation agreement signed between Röntgen and INVEGA (Agency supporting business in Lithuania) , representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who have attracted funding through the crowdfunding platform Röntgen will be able to use the European Union (EU) financial support fund and recover up to 95% interest paid to investors.
New financing opportunities for growing businesses
Support is available for the developers of commercial property. Businesses that develop logistics, manufacturing, trading or administrative facilities will no longer need to convince banks of the success and benefits of the project to their business. The team, friends who believe the idea, partners and other small investors will be able to contribute to the project and ensure greater availability of the capital needed for the growth of the business at a very competitive interest rate. This is especially good news for small investors who are granted the access to an increasing range of attractive investments that before were available only to professionals.
Support scheme: "Partial Interest Refund"
Partial interest compensation is the provision of financial assistance from the European Union reimbursing part of the interest paid by the project developer. Business enterprises that receive financial support in the form of a non-refundable subsidy can decrease the burden of attracting funding, reduce costs and facilitate business planning easier.
